Vitamix Hummus Balsamic Citrus Dressing French Bread
makes 2 servings: 1 cup chickpeas, 3 Tbsp juice from can, 1 clove garlic, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp tahini, about 1.5 Tbsp olive oil, cumin to taste; also can add 1.5 Tbsp horseradish (also good with sriracha to taste for more spice)
Thai pumpkin soup, MY FAVE!!!! An autumn soup, for the most part, but I’ll eat it no matter what time of year. I haven’t gotten the recipe perfect yet. I use Serrano peppers, and always use just a tad too much, so my soup always ends up a bit too spicy. But sooooo tasty nonetheless…. This is a must try recipe!… Oh, did I mention this is a vegan, raw-food recipe?
